Private Lessons
For students who want the consistency of weekly sessions and are looking for a solid base in technique.
Voice
One-on-one voice lessons for students age 6 - adult. Training in classic technique with age/level-appropriate exercises is the core of our curriculum, and students explore a variety of musical genres. The focus will be on healthy practices, improving performance, and exploring our love of music.
Acting
One-on-one acting lessons for students age 8 - adult. The core curriculum is a student-friendly version of the Stanislavski system of acting. The focus will be on character/script analysis and physical expression with the aim of increasing confidence in performance.

Semi-private Lessons
For students who want a solid technical base but prefer to share their time with a friend or sibling.

If you're preparing for an upcoming performance or audition our Coaching sessions can help you add depth, flair, and polish to your selected pieces. Whether you are brushing up songs or monologues for an upcoming performance, working on audition selections, striving to improve your cold reading skills, or just looking for objective feedback, we can help you take your performance to the next level. We offer small, flexible packages of coaching to focus on your specific needs.

The dragon is back in town! Well… not really.
The Dancing Dragon Inn is struggling to stay open, and out of love for owner, Isobel, a ragtag band of innkeepers decide to drum up business by bringing "the dragon" back to town! Soon the inn is full of unexpected guests. From an army of princesses out to prove their bravery, to a group of overwhelmed heroes trying to hold onto their fame, it seems like not only will they save the Dancing Dragon, but give everyone an exciting new purpose in life! But what happens if they all discover the innkeepers’ dragon story is made up? Could there be more than one way to save the day?
Featuring an epic folk-rock score, this musical is unlike anything we've produced at KPA! The beautiful music and colorful characters bring magic to this funny, heartfelt fantasy musical.

Junior Theater Festival West '24!
Travel team members will have the opportunity to perform in our Fall '23 production and at the Junior Theater Festival West in Sacramento, CA. Every member will be given an excellent, in-depth performing arts education.
